Our services

Our services are designed to support families through every stage of postpartum recovery and adjustment. From lactation to emotional wellness, we walk alongside you as you navigate your unique journey.

Postpartum Support Circles

A safe, nurturing space for mothers and families to share their postpartum experiences, build community, and receive emotional and practical support. Includes Support Groups and Peer-to-Peer Mentoring to help families feel seen, heard, and uplifted through shared experiences.

Fourth Trimester Healing Class

Covers essential topics for early postpartum recovery, including rest, nutrition, physical healing, and emotional adjustment.

NICU Parent Support

Helping parents of NICU babies find strength, rest, and connection through education, advocacy, and emotional support.

Note: Families can fill out an interest form, and you’ll be contacted for a one-on-one appointment to determine if they are already receiving services through the Ronald McDonald House. If not, N.A.P.S. will provide support through outside classes.

Lactation Education and Support

Evidence-based, culturally attuned breastfeeding guidance to help families navigate feeding, pumping, and milk storage with confidence. Includes Peer Lactation Education and connections to a registered IBCLC for families who may need advanced lactation support.

Postpartum Mood and Emotional Wellness Class

Supports both parents in recognizing and managing mood changes after birth, offering tools, resources, and professional referrals for mental wellness. Includes connections to licensed clinicians and outside referrals when needed to ensure each family receives the level of care and support they deserve.

Family Preparation Workshops

Hands-on, holistic sessions designed to prepare expectant families for the realities of postpartum life, teamwork, and community care. Includes Nesting Parties and Family Connection Workshops that help loved ones get ready to support the postpartum journey together.

Rest, Nutrition & Recovery Guidance

Customized plans and practical tips to promote healing, restore balance, and nourish your body during the postpartum period. Includes Meal Prep and Meal Prep Classes to simplify nutrition and make rest and recovery a priority.
